脱骨泡椒凤爪:
原料:鸡爪半斤.
调料:盐.鸡精.八角.花椒.葱.姜.醋.泡椒.红油.
制作:1.将鸡爪脱骨.(也可不脱骨)
2.锅入清水.放入八角.花椒.葱.姜.下焯水的鸡爪.煮15分钟左右出锅.
3.挑出鸡爪过凉.取大碗入盐.鸡精.泡椒.凉开水.凤爪.入冰箱5小时左右.
4.吃时把凤爪装盘淋上红油即可.
主要是脱骨过程比较难.下面就教大家简单的生脱方法。(图)
